Rockland Bathroom Renovation
What started as a full gut renovation quickly became a complete rebuild. The project required mold remediation, updated electrical, and a full reworking of the plumbing layout.
With our in-house designer leading the vision and our trusted trades executing every detail, the space was carefully rebuilt from the ground up, resulting in a clean, modern bathroom that feels both refined and built to last.
Orleans Bathroom Retreat Transformation
What was once a standard, outdated bathroom was completely reimagined into a calm, spa-like retreat designed for everyday relaxation. This full Orleans renovation focused on creating a space that feels warm, functional, and restorative.
The project involved a complete layout refresh and full interior upgrade, carefully coordinated from start to finish. Throughout the build, we used Buildertrend to keep communication clear and consistent, ensuring the client was always informed on progress, selections, and timelines.
With our in-house design guidance and our trusted network of skilled trades, every detail was executed with precision, resulting in a bathroom that feels like a quiet escape within the home.
The Vanier Attic Conversion
This Ottawa attic conversion, was one of our most technically challenging yet rewarding projects, requiring careful engineering and design to unlock the full potential of the space.
The result is a beautifully finished attic that is bright, functional, and thoughtfully executed. While photos don’t fully capture the transformation, the clients were absolutely ecstatic with the final outcome.
Throughout the project, we maintained clear communication using Buildertrend and a structured change management process, ensuring all adjustments to scope, schedule, and cost were reviewed and approved before proceeding. Our senior project manager closely oversaw progress alongside our trusted trades to keep the build moving smoothly.
The result is a stunning attic space that exceeded expectations and left the clients genuinely thrilled.
The Farmhouse
This steel-structured farmhouse underwent a full gut renovation. While we recommended a full demolition and rebuild for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the client chose to preserve the original structure. We respected that vision and delivered a complete transformation inside and out.
Working with our in-house engineers and designers, this Carp custom home build was fully reimagined with a cohesive interior and exterior design. Details such as custom cabinetry and precision tile work highlight the level of craftsmanship throughout.
The project was managed using Buildertrend, ensuring clear communication and scheduling from start to finish. Minor challenges with selections and septic timing were handled proactively through a structured change order process with full client approval, keeping the project on track.
The result is a beautiful, fully reimagined home that blends the strength of the original structure with a refined modern finish.

The Custom Coach Build
This Dunrobin home build was designed and built to seamlessly match the exterior finishes of the client’s primary residence, creating a cohesive and elevated look across the property. Built on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation, the structure was engineered by our in-house team for long-term durability and efficiency.
The client worked closely with our designers and suppliers to ensure every detail aligned with their vision. The home includes in-floor radiant heating and a ductless mini-split system for efficient year-round comfort.
During construction, we addressed challenges with one of our foundation trades through close oversight and proactive planning, keeping the project on schedule and on budget. A roofing issue was also resolved through the manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring full quality control.
The result is an elegant, minimalist coach home that is refined, intentional, and seamlessly integrated with the main residence.
