For this project, unlocking the potential of the basement footprint came down to an incredible collaboration from day one.
Thanks to a fantastic client who trusted our process and our amazing in-house interior designer who optimized the structural layout, we transformed this basement space seamlessly. By coordinating closely with our specialized trades to ensure flawless tile alignment and precision plumbing integration, we delivered a bold, high-contrast modern bathroom anchored by an oversized walk-in shower, a custom-built floating bench, and premium large-format marble tile surrounds.

The Rockland project
Designing custom utility within a compact footprint requires matching precision craftsmanship with high-end interior architecture. For the Rockland project, transforming this space into a bright, luxury bathroom came down to intentional material selection and flawless layout optimization from day one.

Working in close coordination with our interior designer and custom millwork team, we maximized every millimeter of the floor plan to ensure the space felt open, clean, and highly functional. We anchored the room with a sprawling, custom light-oak floating double vanity paired with contemporary brushed gold fixtures to create a warm, organic-modern aesthetic.

Maximizing the footprint of a secondary suite or coach home requires intelligent space planning and an uncompromising eye for execution.
This custom build for a detached coach home in the Dunrobin area demonstrates how a compact bathroom layout can deliver full-scale luxury and everyday utility without wasting a single square inch.
Working hand-in-hand with our interior designer and custom millwork team, we engineered this bathroom to feel bright, open, and highly resilient. Because coach home builds demand efficient layouts, we integrated a clean white shaker vanity with contrasting matte-black hardware, maximizing storage while maintaining an open visual sightline.

Isuzu - Tiny Bathroom
Every square inch demands absolute precision when engineering for mobile, micro-modular applications, but true capability shines within the tightest constraints.
The Isuzu project represents the ultimate test of spatial optimization, proving that a highly functional, beautiful bathroom can be seamlessly integrated into a mobile footprint without compromising on modern utilities.
Designed and precision-built for a specialized mobile modular shell on an Isuzu commercial chassis, this project stands as a showcase of extreme space-planning and tight tolerances. Our in-house design and engineering teams collaborated to pack full-scale residential utility into a micro-footprint. By coordinating clean shiplap wall finishes, space-saving sliding door entryways, and multi-functional millwork layouts, we delivered an exceptionally bright, high-utility bathroom. The space functions seamlessly as a full washroom, a dedicated laundry station, and a mechanical hub, blending structural durability with a refined, contemporary finish.
