Farm Style Kitchen Renovation
Every renovation presents its own unique layout puzzle, but the right team turns those challenges into simple elegance. For this project, unlocking the true potential of the space came down to an incredible partnership from day one.
Thanks to a fantastic client who trusted our process and our amazing in-house interior designer who optimized the layout footprint, we transformed the space seamlessly. By coordinating closely with our custom cabinet suppliers to ensure flawless millwork alignment, our trades delivered a bright, modern kitchen anchored by a classic farmhouse sink and clean subway tiling. It is a refined, high-utility transformation made to look effortless through great design.

The ADU Kitchen
While this layout was a smaller kitchen footprint than we are typically used to building, designing specifically for an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) allowed us to focus heavily on custom utility.
Our interior designer and millwork team did a phenomenal job collaborating to maximize every single millimeter of wall space, ensuring the compact size felt open and highly functional. Ultimately, the client’s personal taste really came through in the final finishes, resulting in a simple, elegant ADU space tailored perfectly to their vision.

Modular Kitchen Success
This project represents a major milestone for our team—marking the very first kitchen delivered through the synchronized collaboration of our internal interior designer, our custom millwork team, and our off-site modular manufacturer.
Utilizing a precision-built modular shell allowed us to secure a stunning open-concept footprint featuring vaulted ceilings and dramatic, floor-to-ceiling glass sightlines. To elevate the factory structure into a premium architectural space, our designer introduced a high-contrast material palette, anchored by a vibrant mid-century retro refrigerator and deep charcoal lower cabinetry. Our site trades seamlessly integrated custom floating shelves and under-cabinet lighting, proving that manufacturing efficiency and bespoke design can exist in perfect harmony.

The Farmhouse
This custom renovation proves that preserving an original structure doesn’t mean compromising on modern utility. Choosing a full gut over a complete demolition required meticulous layout coordination between our in-house designers, engineers, and site trades to deliver a high-yield, elegant kitchen space.
The kitchen stands as a showcase of tight tolerances, featuring seamless custom cabinetry integration and crisp, precision tile work. By managing the project end-to-end through Buildertrend, we kept communication lines short and execution on schedule. Despite minor structural constraints and selection timelines, our proactive change order process kept the project insulated from drift. The end result is a striking, high-utility kitchen that perfectly blends original structural strength with a refined, contemporary finish.
